Once 'in the system' each stage {flower} quite well, particulary to reception nurses.

Really waiting time could be reduced, the absolute of knowing where are in the queue is frustrating.

All the nurses were extremely courteous and very caring throughout my whole stay. They treated me like family and psychological satisfaction that I was being looked after despite the fact from what I could deserve they were under pressure.
Suggested improvements
The nurse call switch was not waiting correctly same of the time as it seemed there was an issue with the socket as one of the nurses mentioned.
